I led a team of 3 research colleagues as we conducted a large scale study to understand the goals, jobs, and motivations that our end users have.
This was a four phase study that included stakeholder interviews, primary interviews, an Outcome-Driven Innovation Survey, and a stakeholder workshop to bring our findings to life.

Design Thinking Customer Workshop
I organized and co- facilitated an in-person workshop at the headquarters of a large company in the automotive industry. Participants in the workshop included the customer’s governance and IT team in addition to IBM product stakeholders in product management, design, and development.
